The hike begins at Tsuboniwa, which is reached by taking the Kita-Yatsugatake Ropeway. The ropeway takes you up to an elevation of 2,237 meters, significantly shortening the ascent. This route is perfect for those looking to enjoy a hike with minimal effort but maximum scenic beauty.

The Route:

Accessibility & How to Get to the Trailhead:
By Car:
Drive to the Kita-Yatsugatake Ropeway Station, where parking is available. The ropeway takes you directly to Tsuboniwa.
By Public Transport:
From JR Chino Station, take a bus to the Kita-Yatsugatake Ropeway Station (about 60 minutes). From there, the ropeway takes you to the trailhead.
