A renovated historic inn serving specialty Oyama tofu dishes and kaiseki courses since 1996. Managed by second-generation chef Kazunori Aihara, the restaurant combines traditional flavors with creative touches inspired by his experience at renowned establishments. Guests can enjoy seasonal views of lush greenery or autumn foliage from the large windows while savoring signature dishes like the Oyama Yuba Rice Bowl, featuring Afuri Shamo chicken and house-made tofu skin, or the additive-free Oyama Yuba Ramen.

The restaurant also houses the Oyama Modern Art Museum on its second floor, offering rotating contemporary art exhibitions. Reservations are required for evening dining and kaiseki meals.
