The Brewery
Nasu Kogen Beer focuses on small-batch brewing using traditional methods. The pure mountain spring water they use plays a big role in the flavor, and you can really taste the difference in each variety.
The Restaurant
Next to the brewery is a casual restaurant where you can try their beers alongside local dishes. The food is simple but tasty, with options that pair well with the different brews.
Food Options: The menu includes a mix of local specialties and comfort foods like sausages and grilled meats that go well with beer.
Atmosphere: It’s a relaxed spot, good for grabbing a bite after exploring the area or just sitting back with a cold beer.
