The tower is the world’s first underwater observation facility in an ice-covered sea and is Japan’s northernmost and largest underwater observation tower.
The underwater floor features 11 observation windows of different sizes, offering views of marine life in the Sea of Okhotsk. A small aquarium on-site also displays marine species from the region.
On the third floor, visitors can enjoy a 360° panoramic observation deck with views of the Okhotsk Sea. There is also a café, "Companio," where you can relax while taking in the scenery.
