When I used to work in Shinjuku, this was my go-to spot for Tonkatsu whenever I wanted a high-quality meal during lunch. The pork cutlet is perfectly crispy, and they used to offer unlimited refills of cabbage, rice, and miso soup (not sure if that's still the case). One unique aspect is that you get to crush the sesame seeds yourself, adding a personal touch to the amazing sauce that complements the Tonkatsu so well. It was always a satisfying, hearty meal, and the flavors were consistently excellent. Just amazing.
