Message from Tony Xia

One of Japan’s few natural sand bath onsens, this unique Japanese-style sauna uses natural hot springs that flow onto the beach. Here’s how it works: you lie down on the warm sand, and staff cover you with it while you relax to the sound of ocean waves. After 10–20 minutes, the heat from the hot spring and the weight of the sand stimulate your body, making you sweat intensely.

When you emerge from the sand and rinse off in the bathhouse, you’ll feel completely refreshed, as if all the toxins from your body and mind have been washed away. Studies even show that blood circulation improves significantly after a session.
