Wintergreen falls is probably my personal favorite waterfall in Dupont Forest. It's peaceful, especially during the week, and a great place to take a dip. If you do the loop (a separate alltrails link) you can also do upper grassy falls which is not well known and rarely visited.

Make sure to download the offline map if you visit upper grassy as it is easy to get lost without a map. The main hike to wintergreen falls is family friendly but the full loop is not.

If you plan on doing both waterfalls, do the loop. You will end up doing double the mileage if you do them separately.
