High Falls is one of the best places to swim in the state, but it is incredibly busy during the weekends. I absolutely love this waterfall, but the park has struggled with educating visitors on leave no trace and keeping the trails safe.

Please exercise caution when you visit and respect wildlife.

This area is so beautiful and well worth the effort to keep it clean. If you can, bring a bag and pick up some trash so we can continue to enjoy this beautiful waterfall!

You will need to go down and around to get to the swimming area of this waterfall. There's a great swimming hole and numerous spots to sit and enjoy the falls.

Remember that rocks are typically slippery the closer you get to the falls due to the spray so exercise great caution the closer you get.
