This is one of the most romantic and sought-after boutique hotel in Grindelwald!
With just 28 rooms and suites, it might be small, but it helps to keep things more intimate and personal, and the rooms come with interiors that are modern with a touch of alpine design. Their signature room with the balcony and jaccuzzi facing the Eiger mountain is their most popular choice, and they book out extremely quickly especially during peak season, so it's best that you reserve months ahead.
If you are staying planning a stay here, I definitely think you should cut down on activities in your itinerary and try to make full use of your time to fully enjoy your time in the hotel. There's the pool to relax in, relaxing spas to choose from, and also you definitely should have your dinner at the Glacier Fine Dining, boasting an impressive 16 points from GaultMillau. Their menu is a blend of alpine tradition with French finesse, dinner was very enjoyable made with fresh seasonal ingredients and I particularly remember their impressively huge wine cellar!
Take note that the hotel is slightly out of the way from Grindelwald station (like a 10 minute walk), so if you are checking in with heavy luggages remember to request for the hotel shuttle to pick you up from the train station.
