Driving through the breathtaking island chain of Lofoten is an experience in itself, but crossing the Fredvang Bridges is something truly unique. These bridges curve over the sea to connect four islets, offering an unparalleled view of the crystal clear waters and majestic mountains surrounding them. The bridges are two cantilever bridges, Kubholmleia Bridge and Røssøystraumen Bridge, and were opened in 1988. With a length of 240 meters and a main span of 115 meters, they are not only engineering marvels, but also a must-see attraction in Lofoten.

The view from the Fredvang Bridges is nothing short of spectacular and truly showcases the natural beauty of the area. It's no wonder that the bridges are a popular spot for photography enthusiasts. Visitors can spend hours finding the perfect angle and background to capture the beauty of this unique location. However, it's important to exercise caution when driving on the highway.
