VITO is a cool pizza place at Europaallee, right next to the main Zurich train station. It's delicious, fast, affordable and convenient.

They sell pizza by the slice, unusual in Zurich, from long oval pizzas. You can order a slice, third, or whole oval. A slice with salad is usually plenty for me. If we go with a group, we might order a third from a few different flavors to share.

Your slice is baked/heated, then you can add a few toppings like rucola, parmesan, chili oil, etc.

The dough is really tasty and they have interesting topping combos, including seasonal variations that change frequently. They always have a vegetarian and vegan option.

It's a casual place, where you order at the counter and grab a table, inside or out. But at lunch and apero times, VITO can be very busy. So if your group is 4+ and you don't want to wait (particularly in winter when the outdoor seating may be closed), make a reservation.
