Omnia is my favorite coffee in Zürich city. I'll often make excuses to be in this neighborhood, just so I can get the coffee. I usually combine it with visiting the weekly farmer's market on Tues and Fri mornings at nearby Helvetiaplatz.

The owner is from Indonesian and imports beans from there, then roasted locally. Their house espresso is "Black Pearl" Arabica from Sumatra. They have a personal relationship with the farmer, a detail we always appreciate. Learn more on their website.

The shop is small, mostly designed for takeaway. They have one small table with chairs if you want to drink your coffee there, which we always do. But no room to linger longer or work here.

They have a small section of fresh pastries, mostly from Le Petit Marais. But we prefer baked goods from nearby John Baker or Tsugi Bakery.

Location: Stauffacherstrasse 105, 8004 Zürich
