Lago di Carezza is a stunning alpine lake located in the Dolomites of South Tyrol, Italy. It is known for its emerald green waters and the surrounding mountains, which are reflected in the lake's surface. The lake is a popular destination for hikers, photographers, and nature lovers, and is home to a variety of wildlife.
Unfortunately it is not possible to get directly to the lake's shore. There is a fence around.
Like with many other popular tourist attractions, it gets very crowded during the day. If you want to have this lake more or less to yourself, come early in the morning. You can walk around the lake. There is a nice trail and it only takes 15 minutes.
PARKING You can park only a few minutes of walk from the lake. First 15 minutes are free, then it's 1€ per hour.
Facilities The lake is near the main road where you can find multiple campsites, hotels and restaurants.
