The Freibergsee Circular from Oberstdorf in Bavaria, Germany is a popular 6.4-mile loop trail that offers outdoor enthusiasts a fun, moderately challenging trek and breathtaking views. From the largest Allgäu ski jumping hill to the blissful Freibergsee lake, the hiking route showcases some of western Germany's most jaw-dropping natural sights. Nature lovers won't want to miss this picturesque adventure which takes an average of two and a half hours to complete. There are plenty of places along the way to take a break, and friendly dogs are welcome too. It is open year-round and offers visitors different vistas in all seasons, making it a great place to explore whatever the time of year!
