Glenarm Forest is situated near the coastal village of Glenarm, which lies on the eastern coast of County Antrim. The forest is part of the wider Glenarm Castle Estate.

The forest covers a significant area and features a mix of woodland, trails, and natural landscapes. The terrain is diverse, ranging from dense woodland to open spaces.
