Haifoss is the 3rd highest waterfall in Iceland (122m). Haifoss means: "high waterfall". Haifoss is located in the valley of Þjórsárdalur. Access to Haifoss in winter is very regularly closed. Haifoss is usually visited in the summer. it is necessary to have a 4x4 vehicle to get there.
