Hepoköngäs is one of Finland’s highest natural waterfalls, and it is the most famous attraction in the Hepoköngäs Nature Reserve area, established in 1956. Its waterfall height is typically mentioned as 24 meters.

The falls have viewing platforms, which are also accessible by wheelchair. The parking area is 300 meters from the upper level of the waterfall and 640 meters from the lower level. Here you can find also a campfire site.
