Miradouro da Graça ("Graça viewpoint") is another great spot in Portugal's capital for seeing the city from above. From here, you can have an interesting perspective of the Lisbon skyline surrounded by the Castelo de São Jorge ("Saint George's Castle"), on one side, and Miradouro da Senhora do Monte ("Senhora do Monte viewpoint"), on the other side. From afar, the omnipresent Tagus river.
Miradouro da Graça has a lovely kiosk called Esplanada da Graça for anyone who likes to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner (or drinks) while contemplating such an amazing view.
Lusideias' recommended next step from here would be visiting Igreja e Convento da Graça ("Graça church and convent"), which are located right behind the viewpoint.
