Convivium Venti Venti is located in the historic center of Filetto in the territory of Lunigiana in Italy. The menu here is seasonal, and in autumn one might anticipate the appearance of chestnuts, porcini, and truffles on the menu. It has a wine list that covers all of Italy.
The name of the restaurant reflects ancient roots:
When Romans wanted to celebrate a birth, a wedding, a political or military victory, or a public holiday, they hosted or attended a Convivium, the Roman symposium. -- The Gourmet Project.
So yes, although pricey for the Lunigiana, the restaurant is the perfect place to celebrate the traditional foods of the Lunigiana kicked up a notch or two when celebrating an important event in your life or just going out for the traditional Sunday lunch.
The town layout reflects its Byzantine origins. A chestnut grove is nearby, and in the fall the chestnuts (castagne) find their way into pasta dishes, long cooked pork shanks, and even in panna cotta.
