The Organ Pipes in Organ Pipes National Park are located not too far from Melbourne, and feature these epic basalt columns that look like they could be the pipes of a giant organ, hence the name. When you’re standing amongst these towering columns, it’s like stepping into an ancient rock cathedral that’s been sculpted by the earth itself.

The trail to the Organ Pipes is a chill 1.2-kilometer return walk, so you don’t need to worry about getting too sweaty. It’s a well-marked path that’s perfect for a casual stroll, no matter your fitness level. The park is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, giving you plenty of time to check out the natural rock formations and soak in the stunning views. Plus, there’s no specific entrance fee. Grab your camera and get ready to be amazed by this geological wonder!
