The most popular attraction in Hamilton, the Gardens are a must-visit spot. The themed hardens represent different historical and cultural garden styles from around the world, transporting you to India, Japan, Italy or England. It’s a beautiful spot for a stroll or picnic, fun to wander round, get those Instagram pics and enjoy being in nature!

Entry is currently free until Spring 2024 (October). From then, the standard entry fee will be $20.

Getting there: Located close to Hamilton central city on Cobham Drive SH1C, follow signs for Hamilton Gardens Road. Free parking is available, but can be crowded at peak times during summer.

Remember: Take a water bottle, refill stations are available throughout the garden. Dress appropriately for sun or rain!
